the key

every wallet that holds infer can have one api key. the key is funded by the coin's own trading fees, in proportion to what the wallet holds, and it stops the moment the wallet sells. the numbers below are read from the chain, the keeper's ledger and the key provider every two seconds.

getting a key

the button asks your wallet to sign one sentence, and the sentence is shown before you sign it. signing costs nothing, moves nothing and approves nothing. the keeper checks the signature against the wallet, checks the balance, and shows the key once. it keeps only the key's id at the provider.

you need at least the minimum holding in the wallet you sign with.
infer:key:<wallet>:<nonce>

signing again replaces the old key. whatever credit the old key had left moves to the new one.

how much your key can think

fees do not become credit one by one. they collect in the vault until the sweep threshold, move to the top up wallet, and are spent on inference credit at the provider. each top up is divided across the live keys by the balance of their wallets at that moment.

credit_i += credit_new × balance_i ÷ Σ balance_j over all live keys j remaining_i = credit_i − spent_i

a wallet without a key is removed from the denominator, so its share goes to the wallets that have one. each row is one top up. the receipt hash is the sha256 of the provider's receipt for that purchase.

leaving

any sell of any size stops the key the moment the keeper sees it in the trade stream. a drop in the wallet's balance stops it too, which is how a transfer to a second wallet shows up. the unspent credit is not lost and it is not mine. it waits and is divided at the next top up among the wallets that stayed. buying again and signing again gives a new key that starts from zero.

the keeper

the keeper is one server process that holds the vault key and the provider's key management. pump.fun fee sharing sends 100% of the creator fees to the vault. every transaction is written to the ledger before it is sent and only booked once it is final.

each row is one sweep from the vault to the top up wallet.

what you have to trust

the vault key and the key management live on the keeper's server, which i run, and the credit is bought by me at the provider with the sol from the top up wallet. every sweep is on chain and every purchase is listed with its receipt hash, so the credit bought can be checked against the sol that paid for it.

what the keeper does not do

it does not move fees anywhere except the top up wallet. it does not give a key to a wallet below the minimum. it does not let a key outlive a sell.
